Hi all

Thought it was about time I introduced myself. Been crossfitting on and off for a couple of years now. Training hard for the sectional at the moment, 2 possibly 3 friends and I are heading down to give it a go. I've signed up for the level 1 cert in April so it should be a exciting couple of months ahead.

So there you go hello

Paul

Cheers guys

Training is going well at the moment. Not sure if I have a tactic, but I'm making sure I'm targeting all my weak point - running, double unders, HSPU, MUs, snatch. Quite a long list really.

I was subtly hinting at starting a log - you just blatently come out and say it. Guess that's why I'm just the Moderator and you are the Admin ;)

More like that is why you are better at moderating than me! ;)
