FUBAR #1 Jan 2010

Air squats Maximum effort.
450m RUN: AFAP

10 cycles.

  • Squats are till you stop.
  • On completion of squats RUN!
  • To make it a double FUBAR add weighted vest.

" I'm not arrogant, I am just better than you."

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

What weight are you going to add to the vest?

Aiming to get this in by the end of the week. Also need a crack at the Painstorm....

was gonna wear my normal 20lb vest for this one (havnt got any more weight bars to put in it)

Cant find the bloody velco waist band though, so it'll flap around. Might just use a bungee cord.

i'll try and get it done this week, if knee ok
