Im starting a 12 week paleo eating thing that I found through a CrossFit affilaite in the states as I need public accountability and with the help of Chet will be hitting it hard as of Saturday. Im up for joining you in the challenge
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

And according to my body fat monitor I'm 17.7% bodyfat.I'm going paleo with no dairy for the first 2 weeks to lean out slightly then I'm going to maybe look at doing GOMAD for the last week or so of the month depending on how things go. Going to supplement with fish oil using the robb wolf method of 1/2g per 10lb bw. Will add more as I go on. I've got a today photo and will post it as soon as I can get it off my phone

Also opened my first cococut today was fun, the meat tastes awesome

Day 2

Breakfast

Beef jerky
Coconut meat

PWO

Beef jerky
Coconut meat

Tea

Chicken fajitas

Snacks

Coconut meat
85 % dark chocolate

Drinks

Coffee

Carling extra cold :(

I know that some people will point out that there's a few things there non paleo, mainly down to a meal booked before I decided to do the challenge, couldn't believe there was no veggie side orders at the restaurant but no going to get too mad with myself for it . Did have every intension of eating the fajita contents and leaving the wrap but I paid for it so not going to waste it. I'm aiming for 80 % compliance anyway. Hopefully going to be ordering a food dehydrator soon so that should be fun. Also back training properly now also which will help.

Things like meals out can be a bit of a challenge but dont stress too much about it.

starting week 4 and feeling great. Body weight has only dropped a couple of pounds but can see a difference in body composition in the mirror and in the tape measure.

Hows everyone else doing?
