Hello!
been lurking on here for quite awhile now. I use Warrior Training pretty regular so I know a fair few people on here. I know Chet as well from Andrew Stemlers i-course and a few months ago I did an olympic lifting day wiht Chet and Andy at crossfit reading.
I follow the daily training workouts from www.militaryathlete.com and I'm doing tough guy in january. I've done it three times (twice winter, once summer) and it's probably the best fun I have all year!
