Just a short post to report that pyramid sets seem to be a much better method for getting decent amounts of reps.

I've started doing them for pushups, 1-10 and back down this morning before work meant 110 push ups! For whatever reason, it works much better that 3 x 15 or whatever :) For the final 5, I didn't bother going 4-3-2-1, just 4 more sets of 5.

You probably all know this already, but it might help someone

I love pyramids - great for a killer workout for a large group (push-up, sit-up, squat in 2, 3, 4 rep schemes work well)
