Hi, I've been lured here from another forum (mansized.co.uk) by the esteemed Gubernatrix. I don't do anything cross fitty, but do usually focus on general strength training, and am keen to soak up all the info I can. Most often the problem lies in long working hours (final year phd student/slave labour in lab) so I'm doing my best to keep training despite that.

She's also suggesting I sign up for your deadlift training session - so if I do, you owe her commission ;)

It's adequate, I'm getting back into training after time off so it's about 95kg now (bodyweight is 69kg, pb is 120kg for few reps).

I'm sure Ender will be along getting jealous in a second.

Re your earlier post, Gubes, about training log. I have 1.5 weeks left with Anthony, so will finish that and then start a log on here. I was looking at 20 reps squats for a few weeks....

P-Jools is on Warrior Training as well but hasn't visited for a while (or is lurking....)
