Hello Everyone.
Just joined this forum and this is my first post!
This was the first challenge I came across so went out into the back garden to have a go.
Managed 15 seconds of singles and then went for the doubles.
Attempt 1 - 0 (zero)
Attempt 2 - 4.
Attempt 3 - 18. Happy with that.

Just went out in the back to try the WOD (Nancy) ransacked the garage and cobbled together a 95lb bar and managed to get it overhead but there was no way I was going to squat it.
So after quitting on that
I got the rope out again and on the three goes I had I did; 12,14 and the 25.
It is knackering tho! Next target 50?
Not sure what the problem was this morning.
