Had a strongman workout last night in my mates garden in Rotherham. Log press, farmers walk and yoke carry.
Great stuff.

Anyone got any good suppliers of strongman equipment? Pullums quite expensive

Met a great guy a couple of weeks ago and had a workout in his garage. He trains strongman style and is a steel fabricator by trade . (he made those monster 90kg dumbells they pressed in last years wsm)

He is knocking me up a pair of farmers walk bars. He has also designed an all in one unit that looks the business. As he is a fellow strongman his prices are great.
