Just wanted to introduce myself properly on here after meeting some great guys at the Reading Strength Invitational.
I've been doing Kettlebells for a couple of years and loving it, although after Reading discovered a love for lifting really heavy things, I'm going to start on Rippetoes Starting Strength program and see how it goes.
Also been involved in martial arts for getting on 15 years now, currently kickboxing 2-3 times a week and still getting a kick out of it (ouch. please excuse that awful pun.
Looking forward to the next event you guys put on, the last was was superb.
