Happy New Year!!
Yes I am,always been very light and after much hassling from friends etc have decided to try and put on a few kilos.
No paricular goal,I will be happy if i get to 55kilos,always had high metabolisum and am very active so will just see how it goes.........i'm a terribly fussey eater too so that doesn't help!!
Gonna give this Paleo diet a whirl and probably cut down on the running(knee injured anyway)....so if you suddenly see that i've joined Weight Watchers you'll know ive gone to far!!!

Yes, it does taste nice. And if you buy 2 tubs you get....
But it's a good point IMO re the protein shakes.
Jules, here is what I would say after reading the last few posts:
I'm personally all about the Paleo. But considering the fact that you are looking to gain weight, are seemingly a 'hardgainer', and a self confessed 'fussy eater' - I would also say that strict Paleo is probabaly not the way to go for mass gain for you.
I'm not saying that it cant be done - just that mass gain on strict Paleo would be pretty tough all things considered.
Personally I go Paleo + whey most of the time, but also add in dairy when I want to put on mass/be in a calorie surplus
Perhaps Paleo + whey and/or dairy would be a good compromise between the Paleo and the mass gain?

I spoke to Andy about the diet and am going to do a mix up likewhat you suggest Chet...........great that you all speak the same language tho
