Hey,
Been lurking here for a while and have finally decided to start posting. Am based in Cardiff, Wales and am an MMA fighter. I train at Train Station 2, the home of Crossfit Wales although ill be honest with you, hasnt really taken off as id have expected. Am currently gearing towards a fight in February and have been working through a strength programme and am in need of a point in the right direction now regarding conditioning, specifically endurance to last a fight. Thanks
