Thoughts?

Well, I downloaded it and was shocked when I opened it to see it is only 22 pages long. I bought Starting Strength a while ago which was cheaper and very thorough. Hard copy too so easy to keep referring back to.

I have read the programme and it seems pretty much WS4SB style. It is 2 upper and 1 lower workouts per week with a finisher for conditioning at the end of each workout. The problem I have with some of these 3 day per week progs is that I love to train and find it hard to just do the 3 day per week template.
I am in the 2nd cycle of the 5, 3, 1 Programme at the moment. I think I am going to stick with this until the New Year then maybe give Badass a try. I do however stick in 2 extra conditioning workouts per week and even an Olympic session.
This Badass programme is a bit more in with my bodybuilding career than 5, 3, 1 so I will try it and see how it fits into my schedule.

I sometimes think these top trainers work hard to get a reputation then simply re package old material for enthusiasts like me to buy hoping to read something new. I went to see a great band on Monday, Shinedown. Small venue in Sheffield. Great gig, £12 per ticket. If they go on to make it big, tickets will be £50 and they will be playing Sheffield Arena. Same thing. Work hard, build reputation then rip people off.
One thing the ebook does have is vid links for his different exercises. These are instead of lots of pics and descriptions so maybe that is why the book is so short. It is an intro. The 12 week prog then FAQ. Nothing else.

I'll review it when I get stuck in.
