Hi all,
Just thought I would let you know that Military Athlete has changed the way it does things......and not really in a good way either...
I have always thought the site was great....the workouts were really detailed and Rob was incredible in the amount of information that he gave away.
From December, the daily sessions will no longer be free.....you will have to pay a monthly fee if you wish to follow workouts on his site.
To be honest, I do not have any real issue with that... he has given great info in the past, and to be paid for further access is certainly sensible [after all, you need money to live]......what I was somewhat disappointed to see was the Certification and Coaching 'courses' on offer at $1,500.....the Certified Gyms [at $5k per annum fee] and Partner Gyms [at $500 per annum]
I realise things change and evolve.....I just didn't think Military Athlete would be looking at following a similar route to Crossfit [in certifications / affiliates......I realise the access to the workouts are free]
Anyhooo......just thought I would let you know, that if you wished to continue to follow or browse through the workouts posted by Rob, they would no longer be free.
Have a great one
Steve

that is disappointing, I assume that the mountain athlete info is the same?

I actually like the look of their certification. Written plus practical exam, plus you have to prove you are fit enough to actually perform yourself.
I am assuming Mountain athlete will be going pay-per-view style too then?
