Toughest event I have ever done was a three peaks challenge a few years back - trying for a sub 20hr and not physically prepared for it (bad feet and joints, overweight, pushed too hard too early, not prepared for lack of sleep etc)

toughest workout - my first linda - didn't scale and it took me ages - wiped me out for days.

I am trying to do this next year. Not sure when though. Doing Ben Nevis in November for Ice climbing practice and then Mont Blanc in summer next year; then Everest Base camp. Got to fit 3 peaks in there somewhere finding drivers is the hard thing though.

never done the 3 peaks, done a few lanyard trophies before, about 40 miles over rough terrain as a team with bergans etc..That was easy !!!!!

For some reason the most memorable workout has been:

5 rds

800 mtrs, 30 KB swings (2 POOD), 30 pullups. My training partner and I first tried this one when we first statred doing CF WOD's and we were both on the brink of sacking it after round 2, it was brutal. :D

We drove ourselves (2 of us) which was prob a major part of the prob - sleeping with one eye open to make sure the other party weren't falling asleep

Marcus, why do I get the feeling you are mainly asking this for ideas for your next workout/event? ;)
