how do people thought it would be rude of me not to say hi so on that note "HI"
was sent here long time ago but forgot all about it as was saved as fav in me old laptop
sorry chet! lol
well where do i start
my former self used to be fit while i was in marines since leaving ive got lot bigger more muscle than fat i may add then i injured my self and was going through bad time at work were i had very little time or mainly motivation to train got me self back on to track was down from 17 stone back to 16 and now to 15.5 with going from 18% bf down to 16% then 3 weeksago managed to get down to 11% but up a little now as ive just had 3 weeks holiday where i do not train at all and just booze and drink ( i can only do this once every three month due to work so dont judge me lol)
past 4 month been carrying a rotaor cuff injury so things been s*** training wise had to mega watch me diet while at work to keep bf down

at the moment im toying with this type of training again waiting for my training partner to get back off leave i fully intend to be fighting fit by xmas again and to get my elusive mid rift back to how its ment to be
have to say theres some mega fit peeps here that i cant hold a candle to but standby i wil catch you up

Hi mate, Where you from? I'm guessing Yorkshire from some of the words used :)

Personally I'm from Sheffield, but serving in Germany at the moment with the Royal Signals.
