nice bit of strength trg there, gonna do this one this weekend.

so it should be for me:

300 lb deadlift
150 lb push press
75lb weigthed pullup.

HA HA for me it's

170kg deads
85 push press
42.5kg pull ups

suffice to say at present the shoulder is saying HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH not a fecking chance sunshine

they're all pretty much my 1 rep maxes, no chance of doing 55 reps of each!

thanks Jeff Martin!!!!

Just finished this one, at a bodyweight of 144lbs:

300lb deads
145lb push press
75lb pullups

Time....1hr 17 minutes.....

This is the only workout when i really seriously thought of sacking it half way through. Got to the 8 rep round and thought I could never finish it. Then it was a case of trying to finish it without clocking the time element.

Was down to 2/3 reps of deads, 1s on push press and 1/2 reps on pullups. spent ALOT of time resting between reps to replenish strength

Grip was a nightmare and hands are all split up again.

Loved it :D
