Anyone heard of Juan Carlos Santana? Not the guitarist before we get any sarcy comments, thats what I thought.
He is a conditioning expert from the States and he is back over in December for seminars. I am hoping to get to the next one. I missed the last as it was the same day as the icourse.

Did the MMA course last week. JC is a great inspiration, especially at 51 yrs old.
The 2 days have plenty of theory to digest and the manual goes into great depth in analyzing the biomechanics and physiology of MMA. JC has developed his own equipment to train for things such as varied grips needed for gi and no gi grappling. Ross Enamait will probably have made his own but some of us are not that great with a saw and hammer.
If you want to get into MMA conditioning or you are a fighter and you want to add a few more ideas to your training it is worth a look. I am watching DVD's of UFC fights now to actually learn what the hell goes on in that octagon. All that grappling and ground and pound is alien to me.
Looking forward to training the fight team though. They are great to work with but sometimes need to be rained in as they will train all day.
