I have been getting pins and needles in 3 of my finger tips recently on my right hand, not my little finger.

I thought it was coming from my neck but I think it is actually nerve in my wrist. I spoke to a physio friend who tapped the inside of my wrist and it made the same 3 fingers tingle.

I think i have either injured it front squatting/cleaning or something like hand stand press ups where the wrist is bent under load.

Anyone else ever had this?

only when i do bench presses really slow, and I think that's from having my shoulders pushed forwards and arms tensed up

did get it in my hands slightly after high rep pull-ups a couple of times too.

more pins and needles in my whole hand though

I saw the specialist last week about my hand. She thinks its Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. She has referred me to the surgical team with a view to operating to release the nerves. It is mild at the moment but if it worsens it could affect dexterity and maybe grip. Not good when kipping

I was about to say it sounds like CTS when I was reading your first post. It's pretty common in people who type a lot and the procedure is fairly routine so if you caught it early enough (and it seems you did) then you should make a full recovery in no time with no ill-effects.

Good luck with it.
