As some of you may have gathered, the FK.UK summer campers went down to Helston for the Cornwall's Strongest Man event recently - just to watch, mind!

I had two friends from my gym competing, including my mate Andy who came second. We were all really inspired by this event. It's a great spectacle and Andy and John did our little gym proud!

Saw Dan the other day in the gym Chet, and he said he had had a nice chat with you on the Sunday. Thought you were a good guy! I didn't disabuse him.
