Here's a simple little workout which should be easily do-able in under 45 minutes:
5 rounds for time, rest as required:
1km run
10 x 100kg Deadlifts
If you own a weighted vest, wear it for the runs.
Easy one, this!

Considering I had to run up and down stairs during each round, I'm fairly happy with a 7:45(ish) round average. Next time it'll be 10 x 10....
