Hi all! Crossfit newbie from Surrey

Afternoon guys, found out about Crossfit and have to say it really looks like what I'm after! I didn't like to gym as it can be boring, enjoyed the fitness aspect of Muay Thai training but wasn't much good at it :blush: and then found this!

Am hoping to meet up with Chet or Franz to get a taster.

About me, well I'm 24, male, reasonably fit and quite active, enjoy running and cycling/mountain biking, and most things that involve exertion ;) :lol:

My legs are surprisingly achy! Feel it a bit in my shoulders too but just from reaching upwards I think. Didn't really do enough to get properly knackered :D
