Hi guys,
Just joining board. Been a long time "Warrior Training" poster and Ross Training follower.
Doing my 4th Tough Guy this weekend and play rugby for Dover RFC.
Looking for like-minded banter as I hope to be taking CrossFit head on next week.
Unsure whether I'll do CF or CF Football though...
Decision, decisions...

I plan to follow CFFB for a bit.
Something like:
sun: Rest post match
mon: CFFB
tue: Team Training (or CFFB if can't make it)
wed: Long run (Not for rugby - for TG etc...)
thu: CFFB + Team Training (Thur always quite easy at T Training)
fri: Rest
Sat: Match Day

Yep, I do indeed.
You could always check out the FK Daily Workout too, it's similar to CFFB and the CF Strength Bias workout but more rounded and aimed at general fitness.
