Moving my log onto here as I'm going to be eating primal/paleo from now on the main reason really is my wife is wanting to lose weight after having our baby girl and I know she won't be able to zone so I think this way of eating will be good for her and to help I'm going to do the same so I can support her and eat the same things at night and weekends so it's easier for her

Sorry mate didn't see you had posted.
Been playing round a bit with my eating a bit mainly primal recipes, I've started to read the primal blueprint again and have made a list of the following things i'm going to add my lifestyle, I know some of my list isn't nutrition but I thought I would post it all together.

•don't limit the amount of primal foods when not fighting, when fighting four weeks out limit primal foods to calorie intake worked out as in primal blueprint

•introduce IF

•get more sleep( try and hit 8-9 hours if possible)

•experiment with primal recipes at weekends

•try and get my wife to eat similar foods whenever possible

•relax an hour before bed( no tv maybe just read a book)

•if going to eat non primal foods, at weekends only

•cut out all proccessed foods except PWO shake

•try and limit coffee to 2 cups a day

•only eat when hungry

That's just of the top of my head I'm sure there will be more things for me to add as I go on

I've started my log up and thought I should start this up again just so I can keep a good track of my food before my fight.
My list of things are similar that I first put on here really won't really be doing any IF until the day of my weigh in maybe once more as well.
Using starchy carbs after morning workouts and keeping to protein & veggies for my pm depending on recovery.will be keeping some White rice & White potatoes in my diet pwo( rotating with sweet potatoes, mainly sweet potatoes though) as when I weigh in I may not be able to get hold of cooked sweet potatoes as easy as rice & potatoes.
I've also found while eating paleo that I've got a gluten intolerance and anything like pizza takes it's toll the next day :(

I'm currently walking round at about 84kg with 14% bodyfat, I'm fighting at 77kg so shouldn't be too much of a drop for me.

Will starting logging tomorrow
