I might do that one at some point, just for a laugh. Especially as it doesn't involve rows

My times will be very slow of course. It takes me about 7 mins to run 1km.

I've just figured out what FUBAR stands for lol

er, yes. Well maybe 6 1/2. I run at 9kmph on the treadmill, so that's actually about 6:40 km and 10:40 mile, or something vaguely like that. Takes me just over 20 mins to run 3k, and about 33 mins to run 5k.

Expect it takes a bit longer outside.

You laughing at me?! :P I have short fat legs remember.

If I can scale the back squats, I'm up for this. I can probably manage 2 or 3 reps at my fat body weight (92.5kg) which probably defeats the point. If I can scale down to around 75% BW, I can really bring on the pain.

Doesn't it mean BW as in unweighted squats?? That's what I thought.

I think they've scared me more than inspired me. Those are some pretty decent 1km times without trying to remove all feeling in your lower body between runs.

Well if I just aim to take twice as long for the run and do half the squats I should be just about ok...

That's actually insane. I wish I had some way of trying this... it would involve running up 2 flights of stairs at my gym :S

Is that a total of 25km running and a leg shattering amount of squats then? As 1 round is scaring me... lots
