Wednesday March 21st
Ring dip practice:
2, 2, 2, 2, 2
Quite impressed with myself
. Not done ring dips for ages: they seem to have improved. Could only get singles before.
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 15 min time cap
- Pull Ups; Turkish Get ups (16kg KB), ring dips
Used thin red band for dips (shot after practice!); pull-ups were good though
Time ran out 2 ring dips short of completing the 10s
Harder than it looks..

Wednesday March 28th
I am uber soft.
Went to the CF Strongman cert on Saturday and have been unable to train since!
Nerves in arms and shoulders are totally shot - very weird feeling. And painful. Tried some presses today and simply couldn't do it!!
Did manage some squats though.

- Squat: 112½×1, 122½×1, 132½×3, 132½×3, 132½×3, 132½×11
