Wednesday March 21st

Ring dip practice:
2, 2, 2, 2, 2
Quite impressed with myself ;). Not done ring dips for ages: they seem to have improved. Could only get singles before.

2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 15 min time cap
- Pull Ups; Turkish Get ups (16kg KB), ring dips
Used thin red band for dips (shot after practice!); pull-ups were good though

Time ran out 2 ring dips short of completing the 10s
Harder than it looks..

Went easy on bench as I was on my tod this morning.
Loving my new stripy knee supports. Squatting is fun again :D

Wednesday March 28th

I am uber soft.
Went to the CF Strongman cert on Saturday and have been unable to train since!
Nerves in arms and shoulders are totally shot - very weird feeling. And painful. Tried some presses today and simply couldn't do it!!

Did manage some squats though.

Injuries mainly just background noise now. It's time to get back to training.

Deadlift 100×10 × sets
Bench 67½×10 × sets

Very easy (gladly), and no pain in hands or shoulders. I think I might be healed. ;)
