Thought I'd step things up today and create my own FUBAR - did a similar one last year but made it harder this time round!

1km run
30 rope pull ups
1km run
40 KB snatches (24kg)
1km run
25 box jumps to about 30 inches
1km run
25 ring dips
1km run
One round of complex with 2 x 20 kg KB's (swing, squat, jerk, BOR, push up)
1km run
Row 500m
1km run
50 ring push ups
1km run
20 power bag shoulder and slams with 50kg bag
1km run
100 bare knuckle punches on bag
1km run

Total time 1h 09

Runs started at 10 mph then soon went down to 9.5 then I ended up starting at 9 and building to 10 over the 1000m.

Shoulders were gone on ring push ups and spent about 5-6 minutes doing the bag slams - shocking.

Made a video of it all though which I'll sort soon!

Too much for MY liking too but you've gotta do what you've gotta do! Training for Tough Guy and it's always a bitch having to stop and start the legs on the run and the assault course so it works pretty well!

Are you in a team? There's a whole bunch of guys over at Warrior Training doing it and I think they might need another one or two to join the team...

I'm looking at getting a team together for Tough Guy. This would be a great team building day just before we all deploy to Afghan in Feb 10.

let you all know when i set it up. Hopefully meet a few of you down there.
