Seeing as most of us like inflicting large amounts of pain on ourselves
I'm always seeing killer workouts I like the look of in peoples logs etc - so I thought it would will be useful for me to have them all in one place - a "bank" of pain that you can look to for inspiration in a dull moment
So:
*The idea is that you post up each new workout in a new thread.
*As and when you actually do it, add your time, comments, etc to the thread.
*Where possible, please link to/credit where you saw the workout, and/or where it originates from
*Insane workouts only please
*On topic thoughts and comments very welcome, but please keep this forum nice and clean, for reference. Thanks.
