Ok,so what we tryed today in the gym was.
Tabata of squats with olympic bar,and som elight weight.It was light,I haven;t done leg work for a while.
Then 1 minute rest and body weight squats
an other minute of rest and squats jumps....and I think,that those were just silly.
I could hardly walk afterward..Leg are still recovering now....
but it was fun....in a sick way....

Now that would be really nice..but I could hardly walk...Havent done leg work for ages....but i`ll try it...
