Useful little piece. I agree that refined sugar and bread are the biggest wins. Once you knock those two on the head, you are 80% there.

Aye for me so far the best ditch has been potatoes and bread, my biggy is convincing people that what I'm eating is ok and that I'm not starving myself of food or nutrients.

Indeedy, I always thought it was better to get the carb source nailed and then move onto better protein choice.
