Welcome back Fella :D

cheers brew.

Been hitting the daily WODs to get back into it again. What's with all the heavy thrusters lately, legs are absolutely fried.

Also just started a 5/3/1 strength cycle of DL, Bench and Squat. All based on 90% of the 1 RM not from a 1 RM. Got the info from the link below when i was looking on the net for a good solid strength program. Anyone used this system. SLow to start, but hopefully it will help me get past my plateaus.

5/3/1/ strength programme

only on week 1 of cycle one so far.

anyway, heavy fran today managed 13:22, thrusters killed me.

Met a new guy in the regiment in the gym today who has come over from UK and recently got into CrossFit. He did the heavy fran today and did well. So hopefully got a new partner to break !!!! ;)
