Hey folks.

Due to the credit crunch Ive been making up alot of my own equipment lately. Grip tools especially. Heres what ive come up with yesterday for grip training.

Yesterday I made this finger board, I got this idea from another site, and its based on the eagle loops from ironmind as a way of training the finger strength.

Here is my version of the Twist Yo Wrist wrist roller from Ironmind. I just got a short piece of PVC, which was catually a soil pipe connector for about £4.50, the string I already had left over from the other wrist roller I made a while back. The proper twist yo wrist retails at about £48 over at pullum sports.

My hub pinch tool. Cost me about £7 altogether. Its a hockey puck with an eye bolt drilled through and some large washers used to hold the bolt in placeand give some extra support to the puck.

Look forward to seeing what you other folks have put together for yourselves.

Yours,
Beev
