Has anyone used em? are they available in the UK? I was thinking of using them as an easy grip increase. Using them for bumbell lifts like rows etc.

I used to use something similar, they were black and palm sized with an elastic strap for the back of the hand.
They were good when I was doing my bodybuilding style workouts, but for crossfit not so good, not with the fast paced changes and quick movements.
these look quite good, it's the thickness you have to be careful of, too thick and you waste energy gripping the bar as opposed to lifting it.
If I get ripped hands etc. I now use that grey foam that PCB's come boxed in, they are like small sponges and ideal to wick the sweat away and really thin (millimetres).
Also had lifting straps and hooks etc in the past. Really your call mate depending on your training style

Sound like the Reebok GripMasters (Amazon link, WFS). I use these when I have ripped callouses, otherwise I just don't bother. Since watching a Rip video about how to grasp the barbel and dumbell I found I have a lot less of a need for grip aids.

Yeah the reebok ones dont look bad, but im interested in using these as a quick way of making my dumbell handle/kettlebell handle thicker to give more of a grip emphasis, without going through the rigmarole of buying proper thick grip dumbell sleeves which are a little bit too big (and expensive) for what I am thinking of. Im not one for using gloves/wraps or any type of grip aid, I want these or something similar as a tool tht is going to help tax the grip.

HI,
Jase from Wolverson-fitness here. I was offered something similar a month ago but was unsure of the market? price would be more than competitive. Any other interest here?
