Bit further away than i was hoping for but good news all the same.
welcome to the forum.
I think I might havebeen a memeber there once (about 9 years ago).
What sort of set up are you going to have - is it just classes and PT or will there be more?

Welcome guys, good to see another UK affiliate. Like that pullup/swing/wall ball WOD on your site - did it a couple of weeks back, short but killer!

so would that be a single session (i.e. £5)

just thinking we could maybe try and sort the next FK:UK essex meet at your place (if you were going to be active members of the Fk family of course).

You know if this was the CF Main site comments I'd have to tell you that the first burpee doesn't count because the chest didn't hit the floor and the second didn't because your hip wasn't fully opened but it's not so I won't :P

Nice way to break it down for those that can't drop onto their wrists from a standing start. To my mind that's a true burpee anyway - squat then thrust then push-up, rather than drop to flat push up and jump (although I do it that way for time so I can't really complain too much ;) ).

Great pictures; looks like you have a really nice set-up over there. Gotta love the Dropkicks as music for any CrossFit related workout - Shipping up to Boston is an awesome tune to get you going.
