Hi everyone,

Thought about joining the site ages ago but never got round to it...

Might I just say that it's good to be on board and I look forward to many discussions on the wonderful world of functional fitness. :)

Hi and welcome Tom, nice to have you signed up and on board :)

Feel free to tell us a little about yourself ;)

Also, can I ask how you found the site initially, out of curiosity?

Hey Chet,

Well I played rugby league for the last few years for Harlequins RL so I always was into training, in retrospect I was probably doing the wrong stuff at the time (too many bicep curls!!) Quins don't help the young guys much with lifts or anything so it's just easier to copy the other guys at globo gyms!!

I qualified as a P.T with premier last year and my tutor told me about crossfit... then I found you guys!

I do most of my stuff in the garden and I love it!! Mostly use KB's, powerbags, med balls, trx and dumbells (I have nowhere to put a rack!!)

Welcome to FK.
Wow a Premier tutor talking about CrossFit? And he didn't scare you off it with tales of egregious injury? Remarkable ;)
