Yehh didn't mention, thursday,saturday and sunday i will do this LSD stuff in the mornings.. Friday, Sunday and Monday evenings i will do intervals and sprints etc

is there any difference between a magnetic and air rower?
I see magnetic rowers all over the place for 」60 yet air rowers at a minimum of ~」150 is it that much worse? what's the deal?
