My Wolverson Gym rings arrived today.

Anyone got tips on attaching. I can see that you can just loop over a chinning bar etc but if I was to attach to beams in my garage how do you managed that as you cant just slip over the ends? Does that sound really thick?

Mate, I've managed to hang rings in a finished garage by screwing some eye bolts into the ceiling joists. Would something like that be doable for you?

Cheers, kempie

My DIY is crap. How do you mean? How high are your joists. If I attach to beams my feet touch floor.

Used my Wolverson rings today. Looped em over chinning bar in gym. Did as part of WOD - Kettlebell clean and squat/ring dips, 21, 15, 9.

Got some great looks in gym as I wasnt benching, shrugging or curling like the rest.

Rings great. Chest and delts ready to pop.
