Would like to say thanks to Chet for handing me his card at Lifting comp at Crystal Palace Today. Looked good with lifts today, were you pleased?

Im a personal trainer, im very much a functional trainer and am also headed in S&C route. Golf Specific is my speciality if anyone wants to chat.

I'm a keen summer golfer (if you know what I mean) but never really looked at fitness specifically for it - more a happy by product of the training.

im 33 and is first time have ever met someone with my surname.

My dad was brought up around loughton, essex.

Ah, we're the b*stard West London branch of the family then ;)

Only the second "non-relation" I have met with the same last name. The only other case was the head mistress at my sister's secondary school. Needless to say, my sister used it to her advantage and got away with murder :devil:
