100 dead lifts of your own body weight for time.
Scaling: Lift a percentage of your BW; say 75%. Post your weight (and percentage) with your time.

I think I'll regret this one.
I'm off to down a packet of DietTrim and some laxatives.

It is of course quicker if you drop the bar quickly after you've lifted it... but I'd rather put it down slowly and with better form. And if that means I do fewer reps, well, that's ok.
Some things are suited to doing for time, and some just aren't imvho.

Bad form is not an option.
Personally, I'm not prepared in this challenge or any other to knowingly sacrifice my form for want of a better time.
Yes, if doing this for time, I agree that your form will suffer to an degree - but this can be limited.
IMHO a rep done with questionalble form doesnt count.

Oh dear. In that case I only did 5 or 6 rounds of the pullup WOD then
So, what's the point of doing it for time, exactly? I know it's just a fun challenge, but I mean generally as well. I just don't get the time thing. Running, rowing etc, fair enough, but DLs??

I don't intend to go mental and knacker myself out after 30 reps. It's a test of endurance so pacing is critical.
