5 places left

Also, venue has been changed to Theale Green Gym, Church St, Reading, RG7 5DA.

Fitnees First were frankly less than helpful and lied regarding how much they would help advertise.

Times are still the same 2-5 p.m.

See you there.

Thanks to Andy for a great three hours. I learned a few new tricks and corrected some technique errors and at the same time met some great people. I also got to avoid the MIL for the day which is never a bad thing

I'll echo the comments above. Had a great time, learnt a lot. Especially nice to work with my trio pals Guy and Nick!

Andy packed a lot of skills into the three hours and although I've done bits and pieces of kettlebell work before, this was the first time it was all brought together logically and progressively for me. I got much further than I ever could have from trying to copy videos or pictures. A workshop like this saves hours of messing around not doing things properly and I would recommend Andy's to anybody. He doesn't even swear that much! ;)

It was a pleasure running the workshop guys and from the feedback I have revceived so far I will be running another after I return from my holiday.

Everyone worked hard and the progression throughout was excellent. I know most that attended have swung a kettlebell before but little tweaks on technique and new ideas were taken on board.

Thanks to all for attending and if you have any questions either from the day or in general then just contact me.
