staying at my in-laws in scotland at the mo' so that helps!
will be interesting when we get back down the road on our own. Can't see us getting much time to train together.
The good thing about CF is that is often short time duration workouts so you can go do a blast and then you're done.

We hit 37 weeks yesterday, so we're considered 'full term'. It could literally be any day now.

I reckon I'll be aiming to train for 15-25 minutes in the evenings or very early in the mornings. The first few months are going to be just grabbing what I can, when I can, really. Formal training will be out the window until at least 6 months, I reckon. I'd be happy just to maintain.

19th - Fran in 8mins, then 3 rounds of 10 roman chair sit ups and back ext's with 10kg plate, then some work on knees to elbows (legs straight, above head - slow and controlled)
20th - hang squat clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 - up to 90kg's (a bit surprised how low i was - first time of doing any clean work since number 2 arrived - 9 weeks! - need to get my finger out on the O-lifts)
22nd - 5k row - about 22mins - was very hungover and the PM reset half way through.
23rd - 3x 800m, 21/15/9 pushups and 20" box jumps. All with 20lb vest.
24th - missed day - had baby's head wetting last night and got rather squiffy then had my boys 3rd birthday today so training went out the window. Annoying to miss a day tho'.

Hahaha... your workout from the 22nd actually made me laugh out loud! Good time though, last time I did 4.4km of intervals (1800m, 1200m, 800m, 400m, 200m) with breaks I only just managed 22 mins, so i'm impressed by your time!

And 20" box jumps with a 20lb vest?! Streuth.

yeah - busy with friends and family up here.

yesterday - worked out with Mrs B again so we did a more CF type work out
I did - 3x 800m, 50 Push ups each round all with 20lb weighted vest
while
Mrs b did - 3x 800m, 10 kb swings x 10kg, 10 x girly push ups (terrible form but she doesn't have the core strength or the arm shoulder strength yet), 10 x 20" box jumps. Then did some planches to bvuild up oin the core elements - she can't do back ext's or sit ups yet due to C-section.
All not timed as was trying to help the good lady with encouragment.

Today - Had to look after my bro-in-laws kids aswell today so no training again - aargh!


My last two 5k row times have been 20.50 and 19.45 so was not happy. Will get back to normal next week when I get home to my cold garage.

today:
Only did the back ext and the sit ups of the CFWU so wasn't really warmed up.
Cindy - 5 pulls ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats - as many rounds in 20 minutes.
15 rounds

Was thoroughly pissed off with this. My pr is 20 and I really struggled this time to just get the 15. I am putting this down to eating too much (all decent food mind) over the holiday time - reckon I'm a few pounds over where I should be. Also have only been getting about 4-6 hours of sleep the last few nights so that may have had a bearing.
Taking the opportunity to spend some time with my old man so will be practicing a different sort of swing for most of tomorrow - another training day missed - never mind back to the garage on Sunday.

beat my 12 hc-er father 5 and 4. nice! he did give me 5 shots mind but not bad given i play 5x a year.

yeah major lack of sleep and a pretty crappy diet relatively speaking.

Today (had to have a couple of days off due to family stuff and work):
from CF last cycle
7 rounds of
10 x Sumo dealift high pull (95lbs)
10 x ring dips
9.20

reasonably happy given I haven't used my rings in almost a month. Nice to get back to them. Was a bit pee'd off I had forgotten I had blown all the 'lecy in my garage before I went away (anyone know a good sparky in the chelmsford area?) - bit wierd not having much light and no music - actually got it done faster due to the lack of music I think.

Also nicer to get back into a decent food routine. I think my mother in laws cooking was a bit much for my waistline ( all good just too much of it).

Wow, that's a great time. I did that WOD and you almost halved my time.

The SDHPs were no problem. The ring dips were murder.

yeah - I was quite pleased to get under 10 mins. I almost dislocated my shoulder on one of the last dips through lack on concentration and fatigue - I'm glad I lowered the rings other wise it would have been a much bigger deal - nice to have the shoulder flex to get away with it.

Today:
"Linda"
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Storm? Ha! Not today anyway - not done this in a while and it showed.
Started off as rx'd but had to bin that at 8 as was having to slow down so much it was going to take all day especially with all the plate changes with just one bar.
Did last 7 rounds at 80kg (BW) DL, 50Kg Clean and Push ups with weighted vest (instead of Bench). Managed to get through everything in about 35-40 mins.

Have figured a direct corelation between having a crap WoD and having a bad nights sleep. If I sleep I do pretty well - if I don't, I suck.

Filthy fifty tomorrow - one of my favorites so hopefully get a decent sleep tonight.

best laid plans and all that - had been looking forward to the F50 for the last few days then ran out of time due to kids and DIY duties so instead:

today:
"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

X 8 rounds + HPU's and Squats.
Bettered my previous PB of 7.
Totally ripped my hand up though - to the point where I think it might be about a week until I can do Pull-ups again.
