Ok - had been resisting doing this but should really keep track somewhere as I never seem to be at home where my log is so.

Today:
CFWU x 3 minus squats
3 X 500m row
21/15/9 Push ups
21/15/9 Db Squats with 16k each Db
in c.15 mins - no clock or watch.
rows all around the 1.50 mark.

"Successful men and women are very careful in reaching decisions and very persistent and determined in action thereafter."

did the 100%BW dead's today -
82.5KG at 82kg BW.
This morning before breaky and after a bad night of sleep.
time: 20.23

Was hoping for 15 mins when I started but totally bonked - should have done it later when I'd had something to eat. Grip was a mix of hook and alternating mixed grip. Felt good the rest of the day for shifting my arse to the garage when totally knackered

Still cream crackered (warning Matt) from the sleep deprivation + using the works gym so limited kit.
So did a wierd mash-up of WOD's

as many rounds in 20 mins of:
5 L-sit pull ups
10 Feet raised (about a couple of feet) push ups
10 (5 each side) one legged squats.
Got 10 + the pull ups, but struggled with squats - my right knee just did not want to let me go ass to ankles.

Might try and do something again tomorrow but currently seem to be running a one on, one off schedule which sucks (seem to be bulking up a bit).

I have been worse than useless recently - Have not worked out in almost 10 days. Mostly due to working far too much and lack of sleep I decided I deserved some time off - what a load of crap. Now I am struggling to get motivated (too cold, not strong enough to do the WOD to my usual level, will just get pissed off). Need to just get my finger out and get out to the garage. Will try to do a run tomorrow which will be interesting. Will try to do the last two WOD's of the current cycle then get back into a 3on 1off rhythm.

I know exactly what you mean, Chris.

I've been off for a few days before through illness and it seems you'll never have the strength or will to complete a "usual" workout again. It seems as if a huge chasm has opened up between were you are and where you were. I usually find just getting stuck in again is the best remedy. Even if I'm down on strength or times, it's only for a few days.

Go for a run, blow out some cobwebs and get those endorphins flying again!

Hey, I just did a 50:21 10k and I was dead-chuffed with it! Not bad for a 15 stoner.

Work gym again so struggled for space and kit.
Deadlift 7x3 (with crap bar and onto floor with metal weights)
up to 140kg on last set - ran out of weight but struggled on the last set anyway.
