But there is a half marathon on SHAPE (Belgium) this Saturday ran by the gym staff and over 300 people are taking part. My Crossfit buddy and I are taking part. (I'll try and get some pictures posted of it next week)
Not really done any specific long distance training for it, mostly relying on the Crossfit ethic of be prepared for anything
Let you all know how we get on post race. Last year trained quite hard for it (before i took up crossfit) and finished in 1:26.
Hoping for around 1:45 this time
