Just thought i'd say hello to everyone
I've been into crossfit for about 6 mnth now. Mostly training in my garage and the gym at work. I did go to the I-course in March, which is were i 1st heard about this site.
Looking forward to picking people brains for ways i can reduce my WOD time and increase my loads!!
