Just thought i'd say hello to everyone

I've been into crossfit for about 6 mnth now. Mostly training in my garage and the gym at work. I did go to the I-course in March, which is were i 1st heard about this site.

Looking forward to picking people brains for ways i can reduce my WOD time and increase my loads!!

just keep sticking to it, push yourself out of your comfort zone, record and measure workouts so you can improve on them next time. :)

Welcome mate. I also did the I-course last year and met chet. That's how i came across this site. I've been crossfitting now for about 1 year, the competition here is good and healthy.
