Sorry Garreth ...D'oh!
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Ok, ok, my conscience got the better of me so I gave it a go. Used an upturned box which is 10" high - I was surprised when I measured it; I thought it would be 12 or even 14".

2:15.

No rests. How I hate doing things fast!

Fantastic time!

It wasn't too bad actually. Sort of reasonably quick but steady. No music as I couldn't think of anything fast enough.

The last 30 were quite hard though.

Did 100 in 1 min 45, but the bench was possibly a little too high.

Used my waste paper bin and did in 2 mins 22 once, bin is about 11 inches high and I had 2 or 3 quick rests... May try this again later...

Managed it in 2 mins 4 secs using my 11" waste bin. It hurt, probably because it was a finisher to an AMRAP in 20 mins that included 42x6kg pistols!
