As it says really. Below parallel, using a med ball or similar to guage.

I already did this last week! 4:22! I'll happily do it again. Reckon I can beat that time easy.

If we wear a weighted vest, do we can a time advantage? Obviously you'll be slower which makes it unfair. :D

Didn't use my med ball, wanted to go deeper so went A2G instead.

had 14 people do it tonight. Most did it against our big tire which is a little bit above parallel for most of them but wanted to make sure they didnt round their lower back - some still did, need to kick their arses

I did it against or 12inch box,so below parallel

Will post up times in a bit, just going to stick a wee video together

First 50 were fine. Struggling a lot at 75 and then only hit 2 reps. Finished with a 9 and then 8 :)
