i have recently been made redundant from my boring job in tesco i had been there 17 years !!!! , it is a blessing in disguise because last year i took my gym instructor level 2 with me wanting to reach my dream of a personal trainer this was the 1st step, i currently hold a hard core fitness group in a farmers barn the group of 6 to 10 swing kettlebells, beer kegs and slam sledgehammers against tyres all good fun. i start my level 3 personal trainers course next week and one of my dreams is teach children crossfit in schools so any advise would be greatly appricated

Nice one (well, not the redundancy, the rest of it). Sometimes it's good to get a kick in the backside to make us do what we really want to.
Welcome to FK.UK. You should get plenty of advice and help from the crew round here.
