Hi all,

New to the board so just wanted to say hello!

Have been training with Crossfit Reading for around 9 months now - previous to that I was training Thai Boxing in London and York for about 7/8 years and other assorted martial arts before that.

Enjoy getting involved in any sort of fitness/training but main motivation is to keep me out of the pub!

Cheers

Paulo

Welcome, see you've started a log already!

Do you do anything outside the Crossfit Reading sessions?

At the moment it's mainly Crossfit (at Reading and at home) and Thai Boxing drills - bag work (when I can), shadowboxing and fitness drills

Hi Paulo,

A fellow crossfitter, welcome mate. Like alot of people have said this is not a dedicated Crossfit site but encompasses alot of varied training regimes and methods, all of which are useful, theres tons of useful ideas and hints on this site. There are a few of us that do the daily WOD and post times / weights etc.. Most site members are really experienced and have excellent knowledge of many activities.

Good banter too.
