Found the forum when i was looking to buy some kettlebells. Don't do crossfit, however, I do take certain aspects and put them into my training. I play rugby so my training revolves around that to be honest. Very keen on olym lifts, speed training etc. Just completed course on kettlebells so looking to get into these. The site looked like a good one so i thought I'd come aboard, I'm really just here to learn, pick people's brains so to speak and where/if i can throw in a few opinions.

Thanks.

Welcome. Don't worry about not doing CrossFit; a lot here don't. This place is more a forum for people to discuss ALL aspects of functional training, both for general health and sports fitness, rather than a CrossFit place. The good part is, you will find a healthy balance of CF'ers and non-CF'ers to keep discussions grounded and interesting.
