Hi One and All,

Just thought I would introduce myself. I have been a PT since 1995 and now run Wolverson's Fitness Section - any feedback about our products gratefully received.

Although I dont work full time in a "hands on" capacity, I still work with professional Golf and am always interested in Power, strength etc

The Forum looks great with lots of motivated people, I am sure I shall get lots of enjoyment / education from you al.

Catch you all later.

Welcome. Funnily enough I was looking at your site just the other day. Thinking about getting the "back magic" product to try to fix some "issues" derived from too much bench press before I saw the light ;)

Popular product - works (i am told) I find it good as an antidote to tight hip flexors/psoas etc , really useful after long driving. A lot of Golfers use it and it is light enough to pack for flights etc.

We were selling in small numbers then it went on qvc... cant get enough in now. It must have hit the right audience.

LOL, yep, bored people (I would say housewives but don't want to get flamed ;) ) with nothing better to do than buy every gadget on TV..... ;) Most of them would probably buy a "Sea view Villa" in Kansas if it were on TV. Having said that, I may well give it a go. For 15 quid, what do I have to lose?

Franz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 'L' is missing from the 'back' bud, come on :o Another 'snake oil product'

No apologies 'Jas the Blade'................... welcome to FK.UK
"The idiots are self regarding consumer slaves oblivious to the paradox of their uniform individuality. They sculpt their hair to casual perfection, they wear their waistbands below their balls. They babble into hand-held twit machines about that cool e-mail of the woman being bummed by a wolf. Their cool friend made it. He's an idiot too. Welcome to the age of stupidity, hail the rise of the idiots!"

Charlie Brooker & Chris Morris.

"Don't get hung up on the stopwatch or times, or even weight lifted, think about technique, technique, technique and listening to your body. You will not perform better every session and that is set in stone. Test your self every month keep a written journal not just a forum, a place where you can keep personal notes that you can read to motivate yourself. Don't compare yourself to others when you are working out and likewise do not think that you are already fit as fcuk!!! As someone will always be in front and behind you, ultimate confidence in your abilities yes, but arrogance no, there is a fine line.
But most of all do the things you hate above the things you like or are good at, this will make you a better athlete. Save the things you like for recreational sessions. But ultimately enjoy it, even when you hate it! And finally remember the mind will always give in before the body!"

Here endeth the lesson.
