Promoting or advertising of products or services (outwith that of functional fitness coaching) is only allowed within the 'Classifieds' forum. Any and all discussion regarding such items must be kept to this thread.

However, a single, discretely placed website reference is generally considered acceptable within other forums appropriate to the product or service, for example 'Equipment' or 'Nutrition'.

Products and services referred to on the forum are not officially endorsed by FK.UK unless this is explicitly stated.

In this respect, FK.UK bares no responsibility for the quality of these products and services.

Any deals initiating on this forum regarding these products and/or services are solely an interaction between the selling and buying parties and thus responsibility lies therein.

The PM system must be treated as an extension of the forum in this regard. It is not acceptable to use the PM system of this forum to solicit interest in, promote or sell any items of a commercial nature, unless explicitly requested by the sendee.

The moderators reserve the right to take necessary action regarding any forum member found to be in violation of this policy.

This is up to and including the freezing of a members account, and if found to be in continued offence of this policy, a permanent bar from the forum (including IP)

The moderators decision is final and is not open to appeal.

Moderators reserve the right to:

* Direct members to products and/or services recommended by FK.UK

* Move or delete posts that are in violation of this policy.

* Update this policy at any time - any updates will be notified by means of a new post on this thread.
